She often utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused and strength- based approaches, and behavior modification techniques in treatment. She will work with you in identifying the changes that matter most to you and help you utilize the strengths and skills that you already possess to make such changes. Danielle hopes to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, establish personalized coping skills, and challenge any negative thinking that may be making you feel stuck.
