Hi, I’m PJ, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College in 2022 and completed a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Substance Use and Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders.
I provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care to individuals and couples navigating a variety of life challenges. My clinical interests include trauma, substance use and recovery, anxiety, depression, workplace stress, relationship concerns, and racial and identity-related issues. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust, authenticity, and respect. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to meet clients where they are and support them in moving forward with greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
